The course will be made up of 6 sections. The team to obtain the highest points wins. Section 1 - Concept rower - you go I go - 1 cal = 1 point Section 2 Competition Fence - Dball throw over the fence - 1 rep = 1 point Section 3 Assault bike - you go I go - 1 cal = 1 point Section 4 The Worm - 10 squats / 10 DB clean press 1 set = 20 points 1 rep = 1 point Section 5 Burpee over Plyo box you go I go - 1 burpee box jump = 1 point Section 6 - Mystery section Live DJ and MC onsite along with comp Merchamdise from our event partners. It's always easier to train when you've got something in mind train for. Find an upcoming running event in your area and sign up, it's as easy as that. Train each week in preparation for the big day and then go out and have fun with it. You will have runners at all different levels of running abilities. You'll have semi pro runners right down to absolute beginners. Running is for everyone when you realise that the only person you're competing with is yourself - to gradually make those improvements and gains. Good luck on your journey.
