Did you know that Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3/14) around the world. Pi (Greek letter “π”) is the symbol used in mathematics to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159. So celebrate with our Pi Day 5K! Also, Nobel Prize-winning theoretical physicist Albert Einstein arrived in the world on March 14, 1879, which probably makes him the most famous Pi Day baby of all time. How cool is that?!?! Plus, we will be donating at least 15% of every registration to Soles 4 Souls, a great organization that creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.
